Komarla Group partners with local poultry farmers, shielding them from the risks of price fluctuations by supplying poultry feed, medicines, vaccines, and technical support, while the farmers provide the necessary infrastructure. Once the farmers raise the birds to the desired marketable weight, Komarla Group sells these birds in the market and compensates the local farmers for their rearing efforts.

The farmers not only secure a steady income from this collaboration but also receive performance incentives based on their output. The capacity of contract farming has gradually increased due to growing awareness and experience among poultry farmers.

Komarla Group sells live broiler birds to traders and consumers. It can establish long-term contractual agreements for selling live birds to processing units. Komarla Group can also supply tandoori birds in specific regions where demand is higher for such products. This contract growing model has enabled us to forge lasting partnerships with the farming community and we are actively collaborating with many more entrepreneurs through the same.
